How we started
We built the process around real job sites
The work is rarely glamorous. It may involve renovation debris from an older Lima home, storm cleanup near a rural lane, or material stacked beside a commercial property. Our job is to ask about access, surface conditions and the debris before scheduling equipment, so the plan matches the property instead of forcing the property to match the truck.
Before every delivery, the crew confirms driveway placement and pickup timing with the customer. That habit matters on narrow lots, shared driveways and streets where a container cannot simply be left wherever there is room. It also helps us explain when a different size, placement or schedule is the more sensible choice.
